  • Support for your WHOLE Body

This is a BIG conversation on gathering resources as you navigate the journey to parenthood. Discuss ways to have a whole team approach with your partner, baby’s siblings, & community in caring for you & baby as you all transition together. We’ll talk about everything from basic birth & body anatomy, baby-wearing, to building your birth team.

  • Comfort Measures in Labor

Hands-on ways to help you cope with labor whether birth is in-hospital or homebirth, with or without interventions. We’ll discuss the physiology of birth and help you understand why different comfort measures are needed. You’ll move through learning stations as you explore different coping strategies.

  • Postpartum & Feeding Your Baby

Intentional planning of the first 40 days postpartum to promote bonding with baby and healing for your body. We’ll talk about what to anticipate in the immediate postpartum and ways that a bit of planning in the prenatal period can help ease the transition to parenthood. We’ll also learn the basics of lactation and ways to get your family feeding journey off to a supported start.
